About our Collections
The Museum has an extensive collection of reference material available for the public on topics from family surnames to addresses. We love to help people complete research for a variety of projects including family research, historical research, a school project, or just general curiosity!

Researching at the Museum
To complete research at the museum, please fill out our booking form. We do not charge for folks to complete research at the museum. If you are interested in using research documentation for profit, we do request a donation be made to the museum to continue to support our collections.

Researching from afar
If you’re interested in material in our collection but are unable to visit us in person, no problem! We have an on-staff researcher who will help gather and scan any relevant material. Please fill out our form online and they will be in touch. We also have an extensive version of our collection available for perusal through PastPerfect Online. 

Depending on the scope of research required and the volume of submitted requests, it can take her some time to respond. Please be prepared to wait at least 2 weeks for any digital research requests.

For large research requests, or deep dives into our collection, we kindly request you consider making a financial donation to the museum.
