The main exhibit hall on the first floor features the stories of Frankfort and Franklin County from the early settlers in the 1780s to Aaron Burr’s first trial for treason and the hard fought civil war battles. Exhibits include Frankfort Citizens, Famous and Ordinary, Frankfort Industry, and Frankfort as Capital.
