The Wilkinson Society, named after Frankfort’s founder, James Wilkinson, began in 2006 as a way to support the Capital City Museum’s work in preserving and telling the story of Frankfort and Franklin County.

The Society is an annual giving program whose membership benefits include a free Frankfort Christmas ornament, discounts on books published by the Frankfort Heritage Press, and invitations to special events once the Museum reopens safely. As friends of the museum, your ongoing financial support is greatly appreciated.
